Terms and Conditions
I authorize my employer, through the Green Dot Bank agreement, to electronically credit all amounts owed to me by my employer to the debit card account(s) or other accounts specified via the payment network(s) associated with the account(s). I also authorize my employer, through Green Dot Bank, to electronically debit such account(s) to correct erroneous credit to such account(s). I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for: (1) entering correct and complete account information; (2) timely verifying that all deposits to my account(s) are accurate; and (3) immediately notifying my employer of any deposit errors. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I revoke it via the CHANGE® Disbursement portal.
I understand that no fee will be incurred by me (the cardholder) for a disbursement to any end point of my choosing from the CHANGE® Disbursement Portal, including the CHANGE card®.
